Avanti, based in Houston, TX, specializes in providing anesthesia for a variety of eye surgeries such as cataracts, retina, glaucoma, strabismus and oculoplastics. Avanti selected Anesthesia Touch over other electronic systems for its intuitive user interface that allows documentation to keep pace with their demanding procedure schedule.

Avanti chose Plexus TG after searching for an anesthesia EMR solution that is reliable, intuitive, easy to use, requires minimal data entry and utilizes the iPad iOS platform. It was important for Avanti to find a solution that automatically captures physiological data and integrates with the surgery center’s healthcare system, giving the clinicians access to scheduling data and patient demographics all from one system.
