We Take the Headaches Out of Practice Management
ABC helps your practice thrive by taking care of operational issues that drain time and energy away from your full attention to your patients.
Contact us to learn more about any or all of our financial and management services.
Corporate Accounting
ABC's accountants will prepare periodic financial statements for your practice, including the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
Budgeting/Cash Management
ABC provides the expertise necessary to develop a budget for your practice. The budget is a crucial document that will enable you to plan for the practice's revenues and operating expenses over a specified period of time. Two to three years' of information is necessary to formulate a budget: including the patient count, the number of procedures performed and units billed; the dollar amount of billings, collections, contractual adjustments, and write-offs; net collection percentages by major category of third party payers and for the practice overall; accounts receivable aging; patient mix by third party payer; and the practice's overhead and other related expenses.
Accounts Payable
ABC will prepare checks for your signature, and then distribute payments to vendors and suppliers.
Tax Preparation
ABC will prepare for your signature and then file the appropriate local, state, and federal tax returns mandated by statute for your business entity.
Electronic Payroll Processing
ABC will prepare payroll checks, make required payroll tax deposits, and file periodic returns. As an additional option, direct deposit of net pay to your employees' personal bank accounts is available.
Corporate Retirement Programs
ABC's retirement plan consultants will work with you to develop a retirement plan that suits the needs of your practice. They will draft the plan documents and summaries. As an additional option, they will prepare and submit, on your behalf, all necessary periodic government filings.
Insurance
ABC's risk management consultants will review the adequacy and costs of your various coverages and arrange to place your policies with the most efficient carrier.
