TelePREOP, the first and only provider of a telemedicine solutions suite to manage the complex workflows associated with the pre-operative, post-operative, and transitional management of patients announces partnership with AABP serving the Maimonides Medical Center, in Brooklyn, New York. This solution will work with patients at Maimonides Medical Center, a large teaching hospital, to help smooth the transition from the hospital to their home and community settings.
